The CPR is the agreement between the Self-Managed Team and leadership that holds the process together. Leadership uses the CPR to inspect results, while the SMT uses the same CPR as their roadmap to accomplish agreed-upon results.

Using the Durable Innovator Method, the CPR bonds the leader and the team, enabling the leader to be "on the business" instead of "in the business."
